Product specifications and imagery are provided across this website for review before ordering. Buyers may include any remaining product questions with their enquiry, while pricing is prepared according to the selected designs, quantity, paper, leatherette cover finish, packaging, and branding requirements. The production schedule allows the necessary time for careful binding, finishing, and batch-level inspection.

Quotations may be issued in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, CAD, CHF, AUD, AED, SGD, or SAR. Final pricing is prepared against the confirmed requirements and shared directly with the buyer. When a quotation is issued in a currency other than USD, the quoted amount is calculated using the applicable exchange rate at the time of preparation and may vary with currency movements.

From enquiry to carrier handover.
Quote
We review the requirement and issue a commercial quotation, normally valid for 15 calendar days.
Confirm
Specifications and artwork are approved, followed by issuance of the pro forma invoice.
Produce & review
After the full order value is received, production is scheduled. The opening batch is completed within a maximum of 25 working days and supported by agreed pre-dispatch proof.
Document & handover
The commercial invoice and shipment documents are issued for dispatch, then the goods are handed to the buyer-nominated carrier under the agreed FCA basis.
Quote Basis
FCA, clearly framed.
Quotes are offered FCA Kolkata Airport, India (Incoterms® 2020). The exact cargo handover point is stated in the pro forma invoice according to the buyer’s nominated forwarder. Vintage Journal House arranges export clearance; main carriage, cargo insurance, import clearance, duties, and destination charges are for the buyer’s account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
Made-to-order terms.
For opening orders, production scheduling begins once the order specifications are confirmed and the full order value has been received. This allows materials, skilled making time, finishing capacity, and quality review to be reserved specifically for the buyer’s confirmed batch.
